To be clear and concise, the university situation is examined, according to its most serious problems, namely: conflict with the Faculty of Medicine, application and deficiency of the new University Law and Statute, budget deficit and accumulated debts, loss of public confidence , institutional student, administrative and teaching anarchy, paralysis of the university city, situation of the faculties and university departments, and ongoing projects.
