Определение хлорпромазина и левомепромазина в крови газовой хроматографией с масс селективным детектором

The method of simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine and levomepromazine in blood with use of a gas chromatography this mass selective detecting, intended for toxicological analyses is developed. Preparation of biological fluid includes introduction of the internal standard (trifluoperazine), liquid liquid extraction and GC analysis of samples in a mode of selective ionic monitoring. The LOD is equal 0,1 mkg/ ml, LOQ is 0,2 up to 3 mkg/ ml. The maximal intra-day relative error does not exceed 11%. The maximal inter-day relative errors are equal 7,62 %for concentration of 0,2 mkg/ ml and 4,83 %for concentration of 2 mkg/ ml. The technique is tested on an expert material by manufacture forensic chemical researches and in clinical toxicological analyses.
