Coal-bed gas well bottom sand removing device

2014
The invention relates to coal-bed gas well bottom sand removing device which is mainly composed of an outer cylinder, a supporting frame, a connecting pipe, a screw rotor, a stator, a cardan shaft, a transmission shaft, a tandem bearing, an impeller, a traction head, a breaking cutter, a cone valve, a rubber bushing, a runner connecting pipe, a nozzle and a diffusion tube. The supporting frame is installed between the outer cylinder and the diffusion pipe, the nozzle and the diffusion tube are axially positioned through steps on the connecting pipe, and the rubber bushing is infused on the inner wall of the stator in a pressing mode. The cardan shaft is composed of a movable hinge, a pressure bearing ball, a ball seat, a connection rod and the like. The lower end of the transmission shaft is sequentially connected with the impeller, the breaking cutter and the traction head. The cone valve is installed in a center hole of the transmission shaft and used for adjusting the amount of liquid jetted through the nozzle and the amount of flushing liquid jetted from a circumferential small hole in an impeller shaft. According to the coal-bed gas well bottom sand removing device, a mechanical manner is used for breaking sediment in a bag of a well bottom, a nozzle jetting manner is used for carrying chippings, kerfs and holes cannot be blocked, and the solid-phase sediment at the bottom of a coal-bed gas well can be effectively cleared away.
