Application possibility of web based model house to real model house

In this study, we would like to investigate the difference between real model house and web based model house for evaluating model house. The evaluation was implemented for living room which has the biggest space in apartment. 6 living rooms and 9 elements contained in each living room were evaluated for the affective attribute, luxury. Through T-test, we could examine that there were some cases showed statistically significant difference between two evaluations. Also we figured out elements that influence luxurious of living room by regression analysis. As a result, more samples showed significant difference between two evaluations. Moreover, light and ceiling molding equally affected luxurious of living room in real model house and web based model house, but the other elements affected differently. From this paper, we could confirm whether web based model house evaluation could replace real model house evaluation or could not.
