Spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee joint in clinically suspected thrombosis of the leg veins

: A case report demonstrating the value of X-ray examination in the diagnosis of spontaneous Osteonecrosis of the knee. The clinical, radiological and anatomic findings are pointed out and the differential diagnosis and therapeutic management are discussed.
