The reference to DSM-5 for the nine criteria that the narcissistic personality disorder involves, also to various Romanian and English dictionaries of synonyms for the semantic range that narcissism covers, invites the case of Alexandru Macedonski, satisfying criteria 1-5, to finally infer, on the basis of bioethical rather than strictly medical reasons, that one could speak of a high narcissism.
