Прогностическая значимость факторов системного воспаления у больных с ишемической болезнью сердца

2013
The level of C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) were studied in the group of the patients with coronary heart disease, with persistent form of atrial fibrillation and without arrhythmias. The stable course of coronary heart disease – effort angina – had the middle level of inflammation indicators with correlation between the CRP and TNFα. The patients with persistent form of atrial fibrillation without paroxysm had the same level of pro-inflammatory factors, like patients with effort angina. The high prognostic importance in promotion of paroxysm had the level of CRP, TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6. In multiple-factor regression analysis the CRP only had the prognostic importance (beta=0,323, p=0,048). Our study confirms inflammation participation in pathogenesis of coronary heart disease with atrial fibrillation and without it. Atrial fibrillation was associated with the high level of IL-17.
