The produced anti-aging chocolate mooncake has soft crust, is free of crazing phenomenon, has rich flavors, and also has quite high health care value; the pseudostellaria heterophylla can improve the SOD activity of an organism remarkably, remove free radicals, and restrain generation of lipid peroxidases, thereby having an anti-aging function; the panax pseudoginseng can invigorate the circulation of blood and delay senility; the ginseng, the lucid ganoderma and the like also have certain anti-aging functions.
