Russian Abstract: В работе содержится оценка состояния интеграционных процессов новых субъектов РФ в единое социокультурное пространство РФ в контексте актуальных задач социального развития РФОсобое место уделено выявлению основных проблем социокультурного развития и интеграционных процессов новых субъектов РФ в социокультурной сфере, определению результативность используемых в регионах форм актуализации культурного наследия и научно-образовательного потенциала в формировании и развитии региональной инновационной системы (РИС).В связи с социокультурной интеграцией выявлены закономерности динамики размещения населенных пунктов новых регионов и пути их оптимизации, сформулированы рекомендации по решению актуальных проблем интеграции и развития новых субъектов РФ.English Abstract: The paper provides an assessment of the state of the integration process of new subjects of the RF in a single socio-cultural space of the Russian Federation in the context of the urgent tasks of social development of the Russian Federation.Particular attention is paid to the identification of the main problems of socio-cultural development and integration processes of new subjects of the RF in the socio-cultural sphere, the definition of effectiveness used in the areas of forms of actualization of cultural heritage and scientific and educational potential in the formation and development of the regional innovation system (RIS).In connection with the social and cultural integration of the regularities of the dynamics of the placement of settlements of new regions and ways of their optimization recommendations on solving urgent problems of integration and development of the new Russian Federation.
