Piezas de interés artístico en el Seminario Metropolitano San Atón de Badajoz

espanolSe ofrece por primera vez un catalogo casi completo de las piezas artisticas de algun interes conservadas en el Seminario de Badajoz -excepto las escultoricas, de menor valor artistico-, procedentes las mas del antiguo y desaparecido edificio de la plaza Minayo, en el que se ubicara dicho Seminario (finales del siglo XVII-finales del siglo XIX), aunque no faltan otras realizadas ex profeso para el nuevo edificio ya en el siglo XX. Vidrieras, pinturas y piezas suntuarias se estudian y catalogan. EnglishThis article presents, for the first time, a practically complete catalogue of the artistic objects preserved in the Badajoz Seminary - excepting the much less artistically relevant sculptures - many coming from the older and no longer standing building in Minayo Plaza, where the Seminary functioned between the end of the XVIIth to the end of the XIXht cent., and fewer made ex profeso for the present building erected in the XXth century. Paintings, stained glass windows and decorative pieces are studied and catalogued.
