Cigarette smoke has been proved to cause disturbances on male reproduction. Clove has many therapeutic effects and has been used in Unani medicine since ancient times for the treatment of male sexual disorders. The aim of this research is to study the effect of clove tea on histopathological view of mouse testis with cigarette smoke exposured. 20 male mouses were used for the study and divided into five groups and four replicates randomised. P0 as negative control, P1 treated with only cigarette smoke exposured daily (positive control), P2, P3, and P4 each of them was treated with clove tea at the dose of 5,6 mg, 6,6 mg, and 7,6 mg orally after treated with cigarette smoke exposured once a day for 32 days. Necropsy was done after final day of treatment, then histopathological slides of the testis were processed and stained under light microscope. Observed parameters were spermatogenic cell count. The result was analyzed by one way ANOVA method using F test and if it is significant, continued by Duncan method. In the result, the effect of clove tea has been showed significant difference (p<0,05) to increase spermatogenic cell count on mouse testis with cigarette smoke exposured.
