Method for extracting ecdyson from spinach

The invention discloses a method for extracting ecdyson from spinach, which comprises the following steps: 1)taking dried spinach leaf, cutting, placing in a multi-functional extraction pot, adding purified water, heating by externally circulated steam and boiling, performing backflow and extracting, after extracting, centrifuging while hot and filtering, cooling and clarifying a filtrate; 2)using a LX-60 macroporous adsorbent resin column for chromatography on cool clarification filtrate, then using purified water for cleaning the resin column, using an ethanol solution for eluting the resin column, collecting an eluate; and 3)performing pressure reduction and condensation on the eluate until no alcohol is existed, using ethyl acetate for extraction, separating an ethyl acetate layer, extracting a water layer by ethyl acetate for once, separating the ethyl acetate layer, performing pressure reduction and condensation on the merged ethyl acetate layer and crystallizing, recovering ethyl acetate, and drying crystals to obtain the finished product ecdyson. The method has the advantages of simple extraction operation, little energy consumption, little pollution, short production period, perennial production and good economic benefit.
