Automated monitoring system of resistance spot welding process of sedan body

2010
The invention relates to an automated monitoring system of resistance spot welding process of a sedan body, which is realized by a hardware system and a software system and is characterized in that a hardware terminal acquiring display device comprises two parts, namely a spot welder monitor host and an actual parameter display extension set after welding operation, wherein the spot welder monitor host is provided with a Hall sensor for acquiring electrical parameters, executes acquiring treatment of the electrical parameters in the welding process and uploads the treated data results to a network personal computer for secondary treatment. The invention has the advantages as follows: the production progress is not stopped, and the quality of each welding point is endowed with traceability; the quality state of wielding points can be fed back in time and be informed to operators by voices in time, and the welding sealing-off phenomenon can be avoided by tracing and controlling current compensation in the welding process; the operators are informed timely to repair electrodes so as to realize management of electrode end surface and reduction of welding quality defects; and the system provides service for production management visualization.
