With the advent of the era of big data, the issue of “big data” has arisen rapidly from the technological level in entrepreneurial to the top agenda of national strategies. This paper intends to give a basic demonstration of the concept of big data as a starting point, and exams the strategic model of entrepreneurial technological innovation in the context of big data in China through the analysis of the characteristics of big data.
