Competitive Intelligence constitutes an effort to obtain competitors' data with the objective of discovering strengths and problems in products and/or services that they offer (“what has been made already? , what have made my competitors?”). It can also be used to investigate the positioning of our organization with respect to possible competitors or similar organizations.
This poster looks at good practices with which to develop strategies that allow improving our products or services.
