CAS arbitrition and its englightenments for China

At present,arbitrition has become one of the most economic,efficient and convenient ways for settling the sports disputes.Sports arbitrition for the Chinese sports and the arbitrition legal system is an important system innovation.This paper expatiates on the theories and practice of CAS arbitrition in order to help the people understand the international arbitrition system better and to provide references for the establishment of sports arbitrition system in China.
