Lymphangioma circumscriptum (LC) is a rare vascular malformation affecting the skin and the subcutaneous tissues. It is characterized by the appearance of clusters of thin-walled vesicles. They usually filled with colorless fluid and occasionally with blood. Lesions may resemble frog spawn. The disease can be primary and secondary, also can be classified into classic and localized forms. The various modalities that have been used are surgical excision, incision and drainage, injection of sclerosing agents, electrocautery, cryotherapy, CO2 laser and radiotherapy. In this report, a 14 year-old girl diagnosed as LC was presented because the disease is infrequent. Key words: Lymphangioma Circumscriptum; Cryotherapy.
