Correlation Study of Aspirin Resistance and TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)

Objective:To investigate correlation between aspirin resistance(AR) and TXB_2、TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_(1α).Methods: 110 patients with coronary heart disease took Aspirin 0.1/d for 14 days).We detected platelet aggregation function induced with adenosine disphosphate (ADP) and arachidonic acid (AA),and investigate correlation between aspirin resistance and TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) levels.Results:TXB_2 and TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_(1α) levels of patients with AR and ASR was significantly higher than that of aspirin sensitive (AS) patients:but 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) were not different between the two groups.Conclusion: TXB_2 and TXB_2/ 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) levels might be used as predictor.
