Влияние экзогенного фибрин-мономера на гемостатический потенциал и образование фибрина в области дозированной травмы печени в эксперименте

2020
Here, we studied the blood hemostatic potential and morphological pattern of liver wound in prophylactic i.v. injection of fibrin monomer (FM) (0.25 mg/kg and 2.5 mg/kg) in the dosed injury model in Chinchilla breed rabbits. It was found that both doses of FM led to an equal decrease in post-traumatic blood loss; however, the increase of hemostatic potential in systemic circulation was observed only for the 2.5 mg/kg dose (judging by the increase in the D-dimer level and clot densification according to thromboelastometry data). At the same time, there was no increase in the thrombin generation in the bloodstream at both doses of FM. Morphological studies revealed the multifold fibrin formation increase in the wound area, more pronounced when using a high dose of FM.
