Information display control system and texture atlas creation method

An information display control device 10 can display a plurality of screens, one at a time, on a display device 21 and is provided with a screen creation unit 13, a texture atlas storage unit 14, and a texture atlas creation unit 15. The texture atlas creation unit 15 creates a texture atlas in which elemental images, which are components of a plurality of screens, are arranged in accordance with an algorithm based on the size of the elemental images. The texture atlas storage unit 14 stores the texture atlases created by the texture atlas creation unit 15. The screen creation unit 13 creates a plurality of screens using elemental images that are extracted from texture atlases stored in the texture atlas storage unit 14. When the texture atlas creation unit 15 newly creates a texture atlas constituting a screen, the texture atlas creation unit 15 selects elemental images from previously created texture atlases and incorporates these elemental images into the new texture atlas preferentially whenever possible.
