Bilateral spontaneous atraumatic anterior subluxation of the sternoclavicular joint

I report a case of bilateral spontaneous atraumatic anterior subluxation of the sternoclavicular joint in a 19-year-old woman with- out any known underlying patholo- gy. There was no history of injury. The patient was treated conserva- tively. One year later the patient was asymptomatic and had returned to her usual activities.
