This study aims to determine the associative social interactions and social interactions that occur in the community in Batumarta Unit I Village, Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. Whereas in dissociative social interaction there is competition that occurs in the struggle for power or village government structures to gain the benefits of a ruling group. competition to introduce their ethnicity and culture to other groups in order to attract the attention and participation of other groups in their ethnic and cultural activities, and in this village there are minor conflicts.
