Ensuring reliable power supply of consumers in the isolated power supply systems or power supply systems with weak communications is rather difficult task. The limitation of the operating influences choice imposes increased requirements to maneuverability of the power plants located in power supply system borders. The main advantages of GTU 6FA allowing to ensure reliably functioning of power plants in the isolated power supply system operating modes are shown in article.
