Multifunctional gas chromatograph gas path flow
2009
The utility model relates to a multifunctional gas chromatograph gas path flow. A dissolved gas analysis gas path in oil and a gas content analysis gas path in oil are integrated by adopting a double-arm heat conducting detector. The gas path flow comprises two sample injection ports, three chromatogram columns, the double-arm heat conducting detector and two hydrogen flame detectors, wherein the two injection ports are connected with a carrier gas inlet in parallel; two chromatogram columns are connected in parallel at the rear part of the first sample injection port, one chromatogram column is connected with one hydrogen flame detector, and the other chromatogram column is connected with a nickel catalyst reformer and the other hydrogen flame detector through the first arm of the double-arm heat conducting detector; and the rear part of the second sample injection port is connected with the third chromatogram column and the second arm of the double-arm heat conducting detector. When the utility model is used for analyzing the dissolved gas in oil, the analysis of seven kinds of gases can be finished by only needing sample injection once so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the analysis time is short. When the utility model is used for analyzing the gas content in oil, any change of the gas path is not needed, and the analysis of nine kinds of gases can be finished by only needing sample injection twice, thereby the investment of analysis equipment is reduced, and the working efficiency of analysis personnel is improved.
