Powder-liquid double-chamber bag production system

The invention discloses a powder-liquid double-chamber bag production system. In the production system, procedures of liquid preparation, bag making, filling and sealing, light inspection on a liquid chamber, bag loading for sterilization preparation, sterilizing and drying, bag cooling and unloading after sterilization, leakage detection for the liquid chamber and removal of damaged bags, powder filling and bag sealing are all arranged in a clean area; production auxiliaries are arranged in clean areas in cleanness levels required by assisted procedures; procedures of light inspection on a powder chamber, aluminum film coating on the liquid chamber and packaging are arranged in a common production area; the whole forms a brand-new production system for liquid and powder. The whole production system is reasonably configured according to the particularity of double-chamber bag products and technological requirements on production of two formulations, so that the production processes for the two formulations are integrated, the space utilization rate can be improved and the whole production system works efficiently.
