Rolling bearing lubricating grease composition and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a rolling bearing lubricating grease composition and a preparation method thereof. The rolling bearing lubricating grease composition is prepared from synthetic oil, mineral oil and cycloalkyl oil which are used as base oil, metal complex soap used as a thickener, and antioxidant, corrosion and rust inhibitor, high-quality extreme-pressure antiwear additive and the like which are used as additives. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the thickener into a reaction kettle, adding 50-60% of base oil, heating to 140 DEG C, cooling to 85 DEG C to start saponification, heating to 190-210 DEG C while stirring, adding 25-33% of base oil, cooling to 170-180 DEG C, adding the antioxidant, continuing stirring, adding the rest of base oil, cooling, adding the corrosion and rust inhibitor, cooling to 60 DEG C below, adding the other additives, rolling the oil with a tri-roller machine three times to obtain the finished product, and filling. The lubricating grease provided by the invention has the advantages of high mechanical stability, strong adhesion property, high extreme-pressure antiwear property, long service life and the like, and ensures the normal operation of the rolling bearing.
