The present invention relates to a stimuli generating device (1) comprising: a control system; an actuator system (30) with variable operating parameters according to the orders received by the control system; and a stimuli applicator (40) actuated by the actuator system (30) for applying stimuli to a human body part. The device (1) is characterized in that the control system includes a processor including at least one mode of random operation, wherein the processor generates random sequences by changing at least some actuator system operating parameters (30) and stimuli applied by the stimuli applicator (40). The invention also relates to an implementation method of such a device (1).
