Clarity and ambivalence in rural mothers' attitudes toward other-than-mother child care

1983
The extent of clarity or ambivalence in mothers' attitudes toward other-than-mother child care was examined in this study of 271 North Carolina mothers. Situational and attitudinal variables were also investigated to determine their influence on clarity or ambivalence in mothers' child care attitudes. Policy and programming implications were explored.
