THE EFFECT OF TEAMWORK ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (STAFF CASE STUDY AREAS, KERMANSHAH UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES)

Background: The use of teams to achieve their objectives and organizational training to their employees as people. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of teamwork on Staff performance evaluation of personnel. This study was a correlation and functional and discretional in 2013. The Staff Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences (n = 275 ) was performed method was used to sample 160 people a Cochran formula was obtained Using. 153 questionnaires completed. Data using a standard questionnaire and teamwork questionnaire were collected reliable performance evaluation questionnaires, with a pilot sample of 30 subjects using Cronbach Alpha test 676.(teamwork) and 876.(performance evaluation). Content validity was obtained using experimental methods was approved by the Teachers Weekly severely. The results demonstrated that teamwork and staff performance evaluation and 95% confidence level, there is a significant correlation (sig = .000, r = 1.000) between teamwork and performance evaluation of a positive and significant relationship exists. The University as a growing organization to enhance their performance and efficiency of the work done by teams working to encourage New methods for the assessment of employees with special precision to use.
