Binder-free ZSM-5/beta co-crystallized molecular sieve catalyst and preparation method and use thereof

The invention relates to a binder-free ZSM-5/beta co-crystallized zeolite molecular sieve catalyst and a preparation method and use thereof, mainly aiming at solving the problem that a ZSM-5/beta co-crystallized zeolite molecular sieve prepared in the prior art is low in activity while containing a binder and poor in strength while not containing the binder. Through the adoption of the technical scheme, the catalyst is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: a) 87%-99.25% of a ZSM-5/beta co-crystallized molecular sieve with shape index of 3-100, b) 0.5%-5% of at least one element of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, c) 0.2%-5% of at least one element of V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co and Ni, and d) 0.05%-0.3% of at least one element of La, Ce, Pr and Nd, the problem is well solved, and the prepared catalyst can be used for industrial production of propylene from methanol.
