Hot melt adhesive containing guar gum powder capable of gluing pencil holder

2014
The invention discloses a hot melt adhesive containing guar gum powder capable of gluing a pencil holder. The hot melt adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of vinyl acetate, 1-2 parts of N-vinylpyrrolidone, 1-2 parts of p-phenylenediamine, 2-3 parts of resorcinol, 1-2 parts of polyethylene glycol, 0.3-0.6 part of fatty acid, 40-50 parts of C9 petroleum resin, 30-40 parts of compound modified resin, 1-2 parts of zinc stearate, 4-6 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, 1-2 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1-2 parts of nanometer carbon, 4-6 parts of borax, 1-2 parts of xanthan gum, 1-2 parts of polyethylene oxide, 2-4 parts of guar gum powder, 1-2 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1-2 parts of methyl acrylate, 1-2 parts of methyl cellulose and 2-3 parts of a silane coupling agent DL171. The hot melt adhesive has the advantages of reasonable formula and good working effect; modified nanometer carbon is added to improve the compatibility of the materials so that the open time is short and the hot melt adhesive is easy to cure.
