Study on the nutritive composition of Toona Sinensis bud in different periods and various provenances

In this paper, the nutritive composition of 5 provenances of the toona bud in 5 pich stages has been analyzid. The results showed that there was some significant difference in the content of amino acid and protein and soluble sugar of different provenance toona bud in the same stage, comparing the nutrition content of the same provenance toona bud in different stages, the optimal pick bud stage of toona in the open is April 5 in Hubei Province has been defined, the synthetically nutitive composition of toona bud is the highest at this time.
