RFID device for supervision of river vessels

The invention relates to a RFID device for supervision of river vessels, which comprises a RFID electronic tag, a RFID reader and an antenna thereof. The RFID device adopts a 2.45G microwave frequency band; a shipborne electronic tag device in the RFID device adopts a power regulation design, and the RFID reader consists of a single-chip microcomputer system, a radio frequency transmitting and receiving module, E2PROM, a PCB antenna, a power circuit, a data interface circuit and a matching circuit, and adopts a solar power supply mode and a wireless network communication mode (CDMA or GPRS). The shipborne electronic tag device takes a character string (10-bit) type ID as an electronic identity number, a bar code which is the same as the ID value thereof is arranged on the surface of the casing of the shipborne electronic tag device; both the RFID reader and the shipborne electronic tag adopt a waterproof and salt fog resistant packaging mean; all actions of the RFID reader and the shipborne electronic tag are completed under the control of application software; and the reader is arranged on a bracket which is located 7-8 meters over the surface of a channel and is fixed on a foundation steel plate. The invention integrates the advantages of RFID and the application background of river vessels, has received high comments in practical applications and has great application and popularization value.
