Purpose: outpatient service process reengineering of emergency patient with hand trauma can shorten treatment time and improve patient's satisfaction.Methods: design new treatment processes and increase improvement.The result: it shortens the average time of some controlled treatment process,reduces nurse-patient disputes,and enhances patient's satisfaction.Conclusion: after reengineering,the medical service integrates the medical resources,reduces the nurse-patient disputes,and increase patient satisfaction.
