On Swimming Teaching in the College

As a teaching task in the physical education class, swimming is keenly liked by students in the college. This is a good developing tendency.Through teaching swimming class for nearly two terms,we have concluded a set of useful teaching methods , in which students can not only build their bodies and steel their will , but also master this beneficial swimming skill to keep fit all their lives . So it is of great benefit to devote major efforts to popularizing this swimming sport in the college.
