Prediction of House Trade Based on Enthusiasm and Purchasing Power of Buyers

Present, more and more people focused on the house trade in China. It has been demonstrated in previous studies that the successful house trade is depend on both subjective and objective factors of buyers. In this study, a large scale questionnaire survey has been undertaken from spring 2011 to winter 2011 in Beijing and Harbin, China, to determine what factors influence buyers’ enthusiasm and purchasing power in house trade. Taking three types of flats as an example, the prediction models have been developed based on these factors. The above results can enhance the influencing factors of house buyers’ enthusiasm, and they also form a good basis for further prediction models for house trade.
