The utility model relates to an annular sleeve kiln which is characterized in that a working layer of fire-resisting material is as follows: an upper internal sleeve (1) is a clay brick body, a bottom (2) of the upper internal sleeve is a fire-resisting material integrally-pouring body, an upper kiln liner (3) is a clay brick body, a lower internal sleeve (4) is a magnalium spinelle brick and high alumina brick compounded body, a fire bridge (5) is a magnalium spinelle brick and high alumina brick compounded body, a middle kiln liner (6) is a magnalium spinelle brick body, a combustion chamber (7) is a magnalium spinelle brick body, a lower kiln liner (8) is a clay brick body, and an internal sleeve prop (9) is a fire-resisting material integrally-pouring body. The operation ratio of the kiln reaches 98 percent, and the service life of the kiln liners is obviously prolonged compared with the common level. Because the material cost is low, the comprehensive cost is obviously lowered.
