Experimental design to rebuild curve surface data by three coordinate measure machine

Utilizing three coordinate measure machine to carry on products curved surface data rebuilding is foundation of reverse engineering.This paper introduced an experimental design which was helpful to understand operation of three coordinate measuring machine and related test software.Geometric principle,mathematical model and planning principles were also discussed.
