Raman Scattering And X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopies of TeO2-ZnO-ZnF2 Glasses

2014
The TeO2-ZnO-ZnF2 glasses were prepared by melt-quenching method, and were measured by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The result indicated that three types of vibration exited:Te-O-Te or O-Te-O vibration in the[TeO4],bridging oxygen vibration in the[TeO4]and non-bridging oxygen Te-O vibration in the[TeO3].Moreover,[TeO4]trigonal bipyramids converted to[TeO3]trigonal pyramids which increased with the concentration of ZnO.
