The philosophical doctor thesis presented, develops the idea of the university as a complex system. This system is an appropriate space to the building of the university identity in its students and professors and to their ethical and moral formation. It was oriented to design possible and proper horizons to proboque the ethical learning in a group of professors at the online bachelor in children pedagogy at the Fundacion Universitaria del Area Andina. The method-product is a self-etnography, as researching approach characterized by connecting the proper personal experience with the theoretical, social and cultural approaches as a way to develop new knowledge. It permitted to improve the meaning of the idea of a university as a scenario for ethical learning, to propose an Endoethic as a conceptual framework which, guides to enact possible worlds and to sketch the idea of the professor as interfaces designer, understood as a crack throughout the one it is possible to have a vision of the world to comprehend it and create it.
