The Water Birds of Paradeep Phosphate Limited (PPL) Campus of Jagatsinghpur District in Odisha, India

A total of 51 birds were recorded representing 18 families in Paradeep Phosphate Limited(PPL) compound. Anatidae with nine species, Ardeidae and Scolopacidae with eight species, Rallidae with five species, Phalacrocoracidae and Charadriidae with three species, Threskiornithidae, Scolopacidae, Jacanidae and Ciconiidae with two species, Podicipedidae, Anhingidae, Charadriidae, Alcedinidae, Cerylidae,Laridae and Halcyonidae with one species.
