Tinnitus is one of an E.N.T clinic's difficult diseases.It has been a clinical problem to the study about the mechanism and the objective.This paper will research the direction and the objective of tinnitus' meaning through the relevant report of summarizing Tinnitus mechanism in the past 20 years.
