La nueva biblioteca de la Facultad de Medicina de la UNAM

This article highlights the Medicine School's tradition at the unam, offers data about its internal organization and refers to numbers about its students, faculty and workers community. Likewise, it describes its libraries.  As a major point, it presents a brief historic review of the events that led to the new library building, describing the areas included at the three levels of the building, outstanding its computer and telecommunications infrastructure in order to access to biomedical and health information, as well as the novel services that have been implemented.
