The intrinsic factor and its receptor- are all membrane transport systems related?

The cobalamin transport proteins and their membrane receptors resemble each other and apparently have a common evolutionary origin. An oligomeric structure and calcium dependency are common features of many transport systems. Maybe all membrane transport systems are related?
