On the Education and the Theory of Human-being Overall Development

There are interrelationships among human-being overall development and the social institutes,pro- ductivity,economic basis and education.It was proposed in the 17th CCPC that development of education should be the first priority,which helps to lay a good foundation for the human-being overall development.To realize this,we must develop people's working ability,morality,wisdom and health,change the test-orientated education and improve the social and economic situation.
