Research on multi-objective configuration optimization of ship spare with exponential distribution demand

Based on the features of ship mission diversity, a multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization model is proposed in this paper. With the starting point of spare demand's exponential distribution, part support probability and utilization rate are regarded as the optimization target. And the particle swarm optimization algorithm is also designed and applied to improve the solution efficiency. The optimal configuration scheme of different indicator weight ratio and the multi-objective change trend under different constraints are presented by an example. Results verify that the designed particle swarm algorithm is stable. And the important practical significance of the established optimization model is also proved.
