Dilemma of Business Ethics

2009
A market which works well needs business ethics as well as the rule of law. Good business ethics, though once neglected, is indeed an inseparable part of the so called "good market economy". The lack of business ethics leads to severe consequences, especially in transition economies and the existence of "the prisoner’s dilemma" often results in immorality of companies. A good institution may help companies overcome such dilemma.
