Under supervision there were 93 children in the age of from 8 till 17 years (83 with a pathology of hypothalamohypophysial thyroid system and 10 healthy). According to electroencephalography the phase portrait of bioelectric activity of a brain in occipital assignments has been certain and investigated its parameters. It is revealed, that the phase portrait allows to estimate electroencephalogram not only is qualitative, but also quantitatively, opening one more way of a demonstrative estimation not only an initial condition for the patient hypothalamohypophysial thyroid system dysfunction, but also dynamics on a during of treatment. Besides carried out research shows an opportunity of a method to define thin changes of bioelectric activity of a brain depending on a level dysfunctions (hypothalamyc-thyroid gland) and as consequence, defines an opportunity of the differentiated approach to treatment in the patients of the given category.
