Production method of DDS biology protein feedstuff

2007
The invention relates to a DDS bio-protein feed production method, which takes the by-product soluble lees produced in the alcohol production through grain fermenation as the main raw material to produce bio-protein feed; the method comprises the following steps: (1), lactic acid bacteria and microzyme are mixed at a ratio of 1:1 and poured into a culturing pond to expand the strains; (2), soluble lees (DDS) sediment is injected into a non-leakage cement pond, then 15% of the strains prepared in step (1) are poured into the pond; the cement pond is heated to 35-45 DEG C, sealed and fermented for 70-74 hours; (3), the fermented liquid lees and the carriers are mixed based on a ratio of 3:7 to enable the moisture of the fermented product to be controlled at 55-65%, and the fermented product is in a shape of wet agglomerate; (4), primary drying, namely, the wet agglomerate material is dried through low-temperature drying treatment, and the moisture of the treated material reaches 20-30%; and (5) secondary drying, namely, the material primarily dried in step (4) is dried for the second time to make the moisture reach 5-15%, so as to get the feed. The feed produced with the method is a high-quality, high-energy and high-protein feed material, which has thick yeast aroma and strong palatability and is favored by animals.
