The invention, which belongs to the technical field of the solar cell, discloses a preparation method of a flexible sensitized solar cell counter electrode. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method is characterized in that a metal wire is polished by a piece of abrasive paper and then is processed by ultrasonic cleaning by using distilled water, ethanol and acetone successively, and then is dried for standby application; and the processed metal wire is immersed into a sulphur solution, hydrothermal reaction is carried out for 4 to 8 hours at the temperature of 120 to 150 DEG C, the metal wire is cleaned and dried after temperature reduction to a room temperature, and then heat treatment is carried out on the dried metal wire for 30 to 60 minutes at the temperature of 200 to 300 DEG C in the inert atmosphere, thereby obtaining a metal wire with the surface coated with a nano-scale metal sulfide sheet. The obtained metal wire is the flexible sensitized solar cell counter electrode. According to the prepared counter electrode, the nano-scale metal sulfide sheet grows on the wire wire in situ and has alarge specific surface area and an atomic-scale sheet thickness, so that the catalytic performance is high; and the flexible counter electrode material growing on the metal wire is conductive to rapid electron transmission, thereby promoting electrolytic reduction and regeneration and improving the electrochemical performance of the cell.
